Access to the Service requires a valid Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

8. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers a free tier with limited functionality and a paid Pro tier at USD $20.00 per month. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided herein or as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription periods.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees upon thirty (30) days prior notice. Continued use of the Service after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STOCK AND CRYPTO TRACKER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Malaysia in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. For users in the European Union, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

16. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stock And Crypto Tracker regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and us.
